Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, authorities or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us at info@sunvarra.com. Claims for missing parcels must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the order has been handed over to the carrier, unless consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sunvarra.com, including your order number and clear photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our returns policy.
